Our highest priority is a working relationship based on partnership – both in-house and in our dealings with customers and suppliers.
Our products are developed strictly in accordance with customer guidelines. The suitable fabric, the appropriate elastomer coating and the optimal process are determined following detailed consultation with the customer (or our recommendations), to ensure the desired properties of the end product, such as outstanding mechanical strength, temperature, chemical and/or ozone resilience.
Whether impregnation, dough or spread coating is used, depends on the desired characteristics of the end product. For higher coating runs, the fabric can also be covered with calendered films.
To achieve the desired result, we are already in a position from the outset to decide on the coating method to be used. A coated fabric does not obtain the rubber-elastic property until vulcanised. We have both pressureless vulcanisation facilities and special rotary vulcanisation lines available for this purpose.
All of the process stages are coordinated in detail with our customers and adapted to their wishes so that we can manufacture the optimal product.
